Rendering is a matter of delineating texture, shade, and shadow by using various mediums on a surface to convey how it will look. These techniques vary from project to project.

Shown here are examples of the techniques we use to illustrate our projects during the design phase and at presentations to various city municipalities: presentation floor plans, color renderings, 3D modeling, and photographic work are all prepared in our design studio.
